Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 3 September 2026 · Last updated 3 September 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Qwythos Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund where permitted by law.
Qwythos may offer lower-refusal models. That does not authorize illegal or harmful use. You remain fully responsible for your Inputs, Outputs, and downstream actions.
1. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Create, possess, distribute, or seek child sexual abuse material, or any sexual/exploitative content involving minors (under 18).
- Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, social-engineering attacks, or financial crime (including “rug pulls”, payment fraud, or market manipulation schemes).
- Develop or deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, or unauthorized access tools against systems you do not own or lack permission to test.
- Traffic illegal weapons, explosives precursors, or controlled substances in violation of law.
- Threaten, stalk, or incite violent crime or terrorism.
- Violate privacy rights (doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful surveillance).
- Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate trade secrets at scale.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, billing, rate limits, or safety filters we implement.
- Interfere with Service integrity (DDoS, cryptomining on our infra, scraping private endpoints).
- Misrepresent Outputs as human-created where disclosure is legally required.
2. High-risk domains
For medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions, Outputs are informational only. You must apply qualified human review. You may not use the Service as the sole automated decision-maker where law forbids it.
3. Security research
Good-faith security testing against systems you own or are authorized to test is allowed only if it does not degrade the Service for others or violate law. Report vulnerabilities to legal@qwythos.ai.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, throttle, suspend, terminate, and preserve logs for investigations or law enforcement requests. We may update this AUP as risks evolve.
5. Reporting
Report abuse to legal@qwythos.ai with details, URLs, timestamps, and account identifiers where available.
