Billing & Refunds

Current list price for Pro is approximately $49 USD per month for about 2 million tokens and 30 API requests per minute, unless the pricing page or checkout states otherwise. Taxes may apply. Prices may change with notice for subsequent billing cycles.

Subscriptions renew automatically each period until canceled via the Stripe customer portal or account billing controls. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Token and rate limits reset per billing cycle as configured. Unused tokens typically expire at cycle end and do not roll over. Hard caps may refuse further inference when quota is exhausted. Concurrent request limits may apply.

Cancel anytime before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless suspended for AUP/Terms violations.

• Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, including unused tokens.
• If required by mandatory consumer law (e.g. cooling-off where applicable and not waived by immediate digital performance), we will honor statutory rights.
• Duplicate charges or verified billing errors: contact support@qwythos.ai within 14 days with invoice IDs.
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may lead to account suspension pending resolution.

If we offer trials or credits, additional terms shown at signup apply. Abuse of trials may result in termination.
